Question Title What is survey page? And why I want to complete this survey?
Survey is intended to increase the quality of our services. However we don’t reveal your records anywhere. It should be kept very confidential. If you haven’t logged in to RecycleinME for past 6 months you will be directed to the survey page once you login. Once you complete the survey, click submit and continue to My RIM.

NB: This is step is made mandatory to help us improve our service and so it is not possible to skip this step.
