Every buyer response will be routed to your email inbox.

If you are a Trial member, you will receive an email intimation with an incomplete part of the message. To know more details and contact information of buyer, you have to log into RIM and find the complete message at the "My RIM" section. You can correspond with the potential buyer through the private message board at site. All your correspondence will be recorded in the "My RIM" section.

If you are a  Basic member, you will receive the entire details of the responses in your email inbox without the contact details of the buyers. But you can contact the buyers from your email inbox without comming to the site. Any response from buyers will be emailed to you and stored in the my-RIM section.  Also a copy of the response will be stored in "My RIM" section for future reference. Premium member only can able to receive the reply email.

If you are a  Premium member ,  you will receive the entire details of the response along with the contact details of the buyer in your inbox. You can directly correspond with the buyer through  email. Also a copy of the Inquiry will be stored in "My RIM" section for future reference.
